Speaking Guideline

Large-audience speaking engagements typically last 30-60 minutes (45 minutes is the norm), followed by a question and answer period.

Arn is happy to spend time visiting one or more classrooms for small-group interaction or music classes, where he loves to share his flute playing and encourage students. His speaking engagements and visits are most appropriate for middle school, high school, college students, adult audiences and wider communities.

Most schools will have their students read the book “Never Fall Down” by Patricia McCormick (Harper Collins, 2012), which chronicles Arn’s journey from a child caught in the Khmer Rouge genocide to becoming a man of peace.

Invest in Cambodia Creative Future

$3,500 plus additional expenses for Arn’s accommodation, local transportation, and meals. Arn is very flexible and can stay at either parents’ homes or the organizer’s home.

Your speaking fee will directly support Cambodian Living Arts. Each engagement funds a full year’s scholarship for a talented young artist in Cambodia, nurturing the next generation of creative voices. By hosting Arn, you become part of an inspiring journey to transform lives, preserve and develop Cambodia’s rich artistic heritage.
